I was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada and spent most of my summers and holidays on Manitoulin Island with my Grandmother and cousins.
One of my grade school teachers wrote in my report card, "Barry has many great stories to tell, however, I wish that he
would wait until class is over before he shares them."
I wonder now if she meant I have a talent for telling stories or that I just talk too much.
I know my wife has an opinion on that, but I won't share that here.
